Convoy Moderators ensure the smooth and safe execution of all Raven Logistics UK convoys. This role requires strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and decisive during live events.
Support Advisors are the backbone of providing community based support through our live chat systems. They are the first point of contact for any ticket that is created on our live chat software operated by Mava.
